2. Booking form and deposit

Confirm that you would like to stay with Chalets USA & we will send you a booking form. Read the terms & conditions complete and sign the form & return it to us. A deposit is required to book your stay.

3. Payment

Credit /debit cards - Visa or Mastercard accepted by phone. In some instances we can accept Amex.

4.  Booking confirmation

We will send you confirmation of your booking.

5. Balance

The balance will be due a minimum of 65 days prior to departure.

6. Check in instructions

We will send you full check in instructions, directions to your accommodation & tips on making the most of your skiing holiday in the USA.

7. Lift passes, ski hire, airport transfers & lessons

We can arrange these for you & will send you confirmations with all the details of where to go, timings & contact numbers.

8. More information before your trip

Most people have follow up questions before their trip or want to organize things for when they're in resort. We want you to have the best holiday possible, so please ask us for whatever additional help you need.
