Deer Valley Resort to invest US $8.1m capital improvements for the 2018/ 2019 ski season.
The Homestake chairlift from Silver Lake Village to Bald Eagle Mountain will be replaced with a new detachable high-speed quad chairlift, halving ride time & increasing uphill skier capacity.

Deer Valley ski resort has 6 interconnected mountains: Little Baldy Peak, Bald Eagle, Bald, Flagstaff, Empire & Lady Morgan.
Flagstaff, Little Baldy Peak & Bald Eagle Mountain consist mostly of beginner & intermediate runs with a few advanced runs.
Test your skills on Bald Eagle's "Champion" ski run, from the 2002 Olympics & Freestyle world cup.
Lady Morgan, Empire and Bald Mountain have fantastic mixed ability terrain from cruisy blues to double diamond advanced / expert level runs.
Try the challenging expert bowls at the top of Bald Mountain and Empire or the steep chutes in Empire Canyon.
There are also 930 acres of gladed tree skiing to be explored.
Deer Valley prides itself on its grooming with dedicated teams working in multiple overnight shifts to comb the slopes to high standards its guests expect. Check out the daily grooming report "Inside Edge" to find the freshest corduroy each morning.
Fireside Dining offers a unique experience featuring 4 courses each served from a stone fireplace including raclette, soups, salads & stews, roast lamb & the highlight - chocolate fondue! In Empire Canyon Lodge. Before dinner snowshoe treks or horse drawn sleigh rides available.
Brass Tag located in the Lodges at Deer Valley near the Snow Park base area features brick oven cuisine including seared meats, seafood, pizzettes & locally sourced produce.
