Included with your catered chalet accommodation 6 nights out of 7* are:
Long island iced tea served with home made goats cheese and basil pizza, farmhouse pate and mountain pickle croustades
Fennel and ginger soup with smoked bacon and croutons
Fillet of chicken with sage and hot cider dressing
served on mushroom compote, Venetian potatoes, market vegetables with lemon butter
Vegetarian option - Savoury parmesan cheesecake with mushroom compote

Unlimited superior local wine served until coffee
*One day per week, the chalet chef will have a well deserved day off & you will be free to sample one of the many wonderful local restaurants for dinner. 10 night stays will have 8 dinners out of 10, 14 nights stays will have 12 dinners out of 14. Breakfast & tea will be left out for you & there will no cooked breakfast option on the chalet host’s day off.
