"Overall, we were particularly impressed with the level of service from Chalets USA. The emails and calls from Helen were informative, helpful and reassuring. your communication and service was first class throughout.

We compared prices with packages and websites, and your personal touch, supported by keen pricing, made the difference. Really good condo (Los Pinos, Breckenridge) - the heated garage with direct access to the living area was a bonus, as we could dump skis and boots before entering the lounge. "Ski in/ski out is always the best option for families with children. I would recommend The Cedars, Breckenridge for this exact point. The units are also right by the ski school drop off point...again, great with kids. Means other members of the family can hit the slopes straight after dropping kids off. Winner!!!! We also enjoyed having one day skiing in Vail. Apart from a teeny bit more snow (!) I would not change a thing!!! Again, I just want to sing praise for Helen. We had a party of people flying in from HK, NY, London and Toronto,....all with very different needs, wants and wishes. Helen made everything very easy for us all. Bravo! :)

Helen at Chalets USA was a phenomenal resource for us when booking this family holiday, and she continued to assist even when we were in resort. She responded to all of our 'many' questions in a timely fashion, was clear, organized and we felt she went above and beyond to make our holiday a huge success. "Many thanks for Helen for all the hard work she did on our behalf! Couldn't have found these nice and affordable condos ourselves! Vail self-catered apartments & Aspen self-catered apartments :-) Both Vail and Aspen have good runs for all skill levels. Aspen had a lot of steep double blacks and A LOT of mogul runs which we enjoyed much! The American resorts are in excellent condition compared to many European ones. Snow is much better, more of it is natural compared to EU artificial snow made by cannons (=much more icy runs in EU). Booking process all very efficient!! Really enjoyed our time in Colorado! "I recommend to rent close to Snowflake lift and order tickets and equipment to be delivered. The accommodation's (Saddlewood, Breckenridge) location was perfect.  The amenities were very good overall. Greatly appreciated the chance to arrange lift tickets and ski delivery beforehand. "We had a great time at Breckenridge.  I really enjoyed the town.  Visited a couple of museums lots of shops and a few restaurants.  Everyone very friendly and welcoming. The weather was unusually warm as you know but as novice skiers we thought that was great.  A winter holiday and summer holiday all rolled into one! The accommodation (Beaver Run) view from the balcony was fantastic, looking over the ski-lift and run.  (We saw an Elk, fox(?) and some grey squirrels).  The resort itself had everything we could have wanted and we made good use of the pool and hot tubs.  The kids really enjoyed the arcade one evening when we met up with other families we knew who were holidaying at the same time as us.   The easy access to the slopes was an absolute god send for us as complete beginners we needed everything to be as easy as possible.  Likewise the ski hire package being delivered to our door was fantastic and the "service with a smile" was so refreshing.  Our flight coming in was delayed in Chicago but one phone call to the transfer bus company and they sorted us out with a later pick up with no problems.  The ski school was fantastic, Eilidh (11 year old) went off on her own a bit timidly but  after 3 days of lessons was confidently tackling all the lifts and green slopes with ease!! The ski instructors were excellent and we were all at different levels and abilities and they accommodated us all swapping us around as they needed to making sure we were all happy at our different levels.  I couldn't believe how well we progressed in such a short time.  We managed to ski most days, even on our own, and with friends. All in all a lovely family holiday and everybody got something out of it. Thank you for all your help in organising this holiday for us, it was completely out of our comfort zone but you made it so easy for us to tackle something so different for us, and we really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely add ski-ing to our "fun things to do on holiday list". "I just wanted to thank you very much for all your orgnisation of our ski trip to Vail. Everything worked really well the accommodation ski hire, lift pass and transfers.

We loved the little studio in Breakaway West, it was really cosy and as you say could not be closer to the bus stop. Had not used that bus route before its very good and very quick. Nowhere near as busy as the Green and Red route. We are total converts to Vail and had a great time. We'd recommend skiing in the back bowls.
