2. BOOKING FORM AND DEPOSIT
Confirm that you would like to stay with Chalets USA & we will send you a booking form. Read the terms & conditions complete and sign the form & return it to us. A deposit is required to book your stay.

3. PAYMENT
Credit /debit cards - Visa or Mastercard accepted by phone.

US dollar check - payable to "Chalets USA" mail to: Chalets USA Bookings, PO Box 611, Winter Park, Colorado 80482.

4.  BOOKING CONFIRMATION
We will send you confirmation of your booking.

5. BALANCE

The balance will be due a minimum of 65 days prior to departure.
