Included with your catered chalet accommodation are:

	Fabulous food in Chalet Bluebell

Our chefs will be delighted to come to the chalet & prepare you for your day on the slopes by serving a buffet style breakfast with cereals, bagels, breads, fresh fruit, fruit juices & freshly brewed coffee or tea. Each day you'll also have the option of an American speciality such as blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, poached eggs or French toast.

Afternoon tea will be left out for you to enjoy when you return from a wonderful day’s skiing or boarding. Tea includes: freshly baked cakes or biscuits with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Trained at the Orchard School of Cookery our chefs will serve you a superb 3 course evening meal, followed by coffee & mints

Avocado fouette with crab and tomato concasse

Stuffed chicken breasts with spinach, parmesan, cream cheese and pine kernels

*One day per week, the chalet chefs will have a well deserved day off & you will be free to sample one of the many wonderful local restaurants. Chalet staff have 2 nights off during 8 - 14 night stays.
